As a Denver wedding photographer, I make it a part to be there for my clients every step of the way. Your wedding photographer is like a member of your wedding party. In fact you'll probably see me at your wedding more than your own mother! I strongly believe choosing a Denver wedding photographer is more than just picking someone to show up wedding day and take a few pictures. I want to know my couples, I want to help with their timelines and their wedding prep. I want to know the names of your dogs and where you're going on your honeymoon. I want to create an experience for you.

After filling out my contact form, I'll be in touch and send over my pricing guide if I'm available. Once you've browsed the collections and read the faq's, you'll schedule a video call using the scheduler link in your inquiry email. During that meeting you can ask any questions and I'll learn a little more about your vision and needs for wedding day to make sure we're the right fit!

After our consultation I'll send over a proposal that will be live for 7 days. The proposal will have all my different packages and add-ons. You and your fiance can choose and customize the perfect package, but also don't stress if you don't know for sure what you want right away, you can always add hours or à la carte items later! You'll then be directed to an invoice to pay your 50% retainer and contract. Once your retainer has been paid and contract signed you'll be officially booked!!!

Engagement sessions are complimentary for all local weddings over 5 hours, it's a great way for us to get to know each other. I always say it's like a practice run before the big day. At your engagement session I'll learn more about you and your fiance, which poses you like, which you don't. And you'll get all your pre-session nerves out so come wedding day you both are total pros! I recommend scheduling these 7-8 months before your wedding.

I'm a very type A person. I love details and organization, which is why learning about your wedding day is super important to me! This is where my wedding questionnaire comes in. It has lots of information such as your family shot list, must have images, and more. This will really help me get a feel of your priorities and expectations of your wedding day, so I can tailor my experience to best fit your needs!

Timelines are usually one of the most stressful things for my couples, so I'm happy to assist or even create one from scratch! Not only will I be able to help you with photo related events (such as how long family photos will take with your shot list or when the best lighting is for your ceremony) but I can also provide lots of insight for the whole day (like when you should leave for the venue or what you should look for in a getting ready space).

After you've filled out my questionnaire and I've created a rough timeline, I like to schedule one last consultation. This can be either a video call or in person (I love doing these at your venue!) We'll go over the questionnaire and make sure we're all on the same page. I want to do everything in my power to ensure you have the most stress free, fun wedding- so it's super important that I know all the details before the big day!

Today's the day! All the planning and prep has lead to this! Now is the time where you get to relax and enjoy yourself- I and the rest of your vendors will take care of the rest. Dance, eat cake, take some gorgeous pictures, and soak in the day!

After your wedding I'll immediately come home and start backing up your images (no matter how late it is!) Then I'll get to work on a few sneak peeks. Two weeks later your blog post or highlight gallery will go live with 50-80 of my favorite images that really tell the story of your day. And then in 6-8 you'll receive your final images to download via a gorgeous online gallery. Pop some champagne and make it a date night relieving your special day.

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Yes! And I offer a 50% discount on them for wedding clients! Engagement shoots are a great way to see how my couples interact on their wedding day. We can chat about which poses you find most flattering and natural. I can see if you are more touchy and intimate or more reserved and traditional, all which will create a more seamless and streamlined wedding day experience.
WHAT IS A FIRST LOOK? SHOULD I HAVE ONE?
A first look is when the couple sees each other before the ceremony. These moments are usually quite intimate with only the couple and the photographer. As a photographer I love first looks for a few reasons. Firstly it really is an emotional moment, I've found that grooms feel like they can be more emotional since it's so private. And also it allows for so many more photos! After the first look we can do couples photos before the ceremony. Without a first look everyone typically hides out in their getting ready location so they aren't seen beforehand.
That being said, it's totally a personal decision! Seeing each other at the ceremony is definitely more traditional, so if that's what you've envisioned your whole life, do it!
WHEN AND HOW ARE OUR PHOTOS DELIVERED?
You'll receive a sneak peek of a few images on social media within 72 hours because I know how eager couples are to see their images! A highlight blog post will go live two weeks after your event. And then your final gallery will be ready in 6-8 weeks.
There is no cap on images I deliver for a wedding. The amount of images you receives varies from event to event, if you have more portrait time or lots of open dance floor dancing you'll have lots more images! But typically you'll receive 60-100 images per hour.
WHAT IF I CANCEL MY WEDDING?
The retainer is non-refundable. Once I receive a retainer I completely block off that day exclusively for you and turn down any other shoots or weddings.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU TRAVEL?
Until April 2020 I am located in Dallas, then relocating to Denver, Colorado. But I will travel wherever! Travel and lodging fees do apply. I offer discounted rates for certain "bucket list" wedding locations.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
My style is a mix of photojournalistic and traditional. I love capturing candid moments, the authentic smiles, the natural tears, the goofy glances— all the things that make your wedding authentically you. But I also want to make sure that you get the shots you've been waiting for. I want you to have the classic images of you and your partner seeing each other for the first time, or your first dance, or just a big family photo that your mom will display in her home.
DO YOU OFFER SMALL WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS?
Yes! Absolutely! Small intimate weddings (less than 20 guests) are some of my favorites. However, I only book weddings under 5 hours Monday-Thursday or less than 4 months out.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
I will send over a proposal that allows you to choose your perfect wedding package. 50% of your total balance will be due upon booking, this retainer is non-refundable and reserves your date. You'll then sign a contract and be officially booked!
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! My default payment structure is 50% at booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before your event. However, you're welcome to pay 50%, 25%, 25% or even monthly payments leading up to your day. It's whatever works best for y'all!
CAN YOU HOLD OUR DATE?
To be fair to everyone I can't hold dates without a signed contract and retainer.
