The Rally Hotel is a relatively new wedding venue conveniently located right in the heart of Denver at McGregor Square. This venue has tons of space so is a fantastic location if you are planning a big wedding day. The venue has views of Coors Field which adds a ton of character.

Getting Ready

Getting ready is a breeze at the Rally Hotel because you can simply rent one of the 182 rooms available on site. No need to move locations. If you don’t want to rent a room, you can also opt for utilizing the Clubhouse Boardroom (as shown below). This space has lots of natural light and a massive balcony for photos.

Ceremony

There are several ceremony locations at the Rally Hotel, but my personal favorite is on the Terrace. You really feel like you are in the heart of Denver.

Photo Locations

There are so many amazing photo locations around the Rally Hotel– all you have to do is walk around. You are absolutely spoiled for choice. Union Station is just a short walk away.

Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour is held indoors and outdoors, which is great in the event of inclement weather. You can utilize the Terrace outdoor space or open lounge area in between the reception spaces. This provides tons of room for you guests to mingle and relax before entering the reception.

Reception

There are several ballroom options for receptions depending on the size of your event. Dancing is typically held in another ballroom, which means there’s tons of space for your guests in the reception dining hall space. The design is classy, yet minimalistic– which means the sky’s the limit for your decorations and vibe.

Can you get ready onsite? Can your guests stay onsite? One of the underrated perks of hotel weddings is the ability to just take an elevator to your room after a long night of dancing. With the Rally Hotel you can get dressed, get married, and pass out for the night all in the same building.
