Getting Ready at Grand Lake Lodge
There are lots of gorgeous hotels and lodges nearby, my favorite is Grand Lake Lodge. It is super close to Point Park and is surrounded by aspen trees.
Ceremony at Point Park
While Point Park is no question gorgeous, it does have some difficulties. First off, it has virtually no shade– if you’re wanting the most photogenic pictures, I recommend reserving your time slot for around sunset. There is also a big information board at the front of the dock, some couples choose to embrace it, some choose to angle their seating so it’s out of frame and some choose to cover it up– totally up to you!
