The Cielo at Castle Pines is a gorgeous Colorado wedding venue just 30 minutes outside of Denver.

The venue accommodates intimate ceremonies and elaborate large gatherings. Their main dining room offers beautiful sweeping views of lush rolling hills. The Reasons I love the Cielo at Castle Pines

1. The gorgeous floor to ceiling windows.

On one side we have gorgeous wooden windows, and on the other side are actually sliding glass doors which allows the space to really breathe. You and your guests and move around from the reception space to the outdoor space with ease. There is so much natural light, it is truly a wedding photographer’s dream!!

2. The epic staircase.

This staircase is perfect for grand entrances. It is massive and leads you right to the main reception space, creating the perfect entrance into your first dance.

3. The ridiculously high ceilings

The gorgeous wooden vaulted ceilings make the space seem so large. I love how open the reception space feels. And the minimal design also will allow your wedding vision to come to life. The space really takes on decorations brilliantly.

4. The real stone fireplace

The stone fireplace in the center of the reception space would be the perfect place for a head table. It provides so much cozy, Colorado charm to the room. And a really unique feature!

5. The trees!

If they’re going to have Pine in their name, they really need to deliver on the wooded, piney feeling. And Cielo at Castle Pines absolutely does. The entire altar area is surrounded by gorgeous pine trees which despite the venue being only 30 minutes from Denver makes you feel like you’re in a secluded forest.

What couples are saying about the Cielo at Castle Pines

“Cielo was such a pleasure to work with, and we are so grateful to the team for working so hard to make our day perfect. Our wedding guests were completely blown away by our venue. Many individuals commented it was the best wedding they have ever been too, and we know it’s because of how beautiful our reception venue is! Also, numerous guests and we noticed how professional and prompt the wait staff was. Y’all are amazing!”

“A very beautiful venue. If I had to describe it in two words I would call it “elegantly Colorado.” I thought the staircase inside was gorgeous and the dark wood made it feel warm and inviting.”

When searching for a Colorado wedding venue, I think some of the main things to look for are:

  1. Accessibility. Will your guests be able to get there with ease? Is it hard to navigate to in the winter? Will your guests feel safe driving there if they’re from out of town?
  2. Is there an indoor ceremony option? In Colorado the weather can change so quickly. Sometimes September is gorgeous and climate, other times it’s snowing. Having an indoor option that you love is super important when choosing a venue.
  3. Are there unique touches that set this venue apart from others? Like thoughtful decor (wooden beams, fireplaces, etc.)

The Cielo checks all three of those boxes! If you’re looking for a Colorado wedding venue near Denver and Colorado Springs, The Cielo at Castle Pines might be the perfect location!
