Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Wedding’s has a maximum of 5 hours of venue coverage, which means you will likely get ready off site. However, the main getting ready suite is spacious with tons of light, which will be a wonderful backdrop for getting into your wedding attire and portraits.
There are three different ceremony options at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings.
There are so many fantastic locations for portraits at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings. I just love the light coming through the trees during the afternoon, it makes for the perfect portraits! In August there were also tons of little pockets of flowers which was a really lovely backdrop for photos as well.
Cocktail hour is held outdoors and indoors, which is great in the event of inclement weather. There are two different bars (indoor and outdoor) which is great for larger groups. There’s plenty of space for your guests to hang out and mingle and walk around enjoying the scenery.
Receptions are held in the outdoor tent and can accommodate around 250 people. I like that you still feel you’re outdoors while still having cover from the elements. There is plenty of space for all of your guests, but if you do go on the higher end for occupancy, there’s not a ton of space for dancing or toasts.
Dancing is usually moved from the tent to the indoor ceremony option site. It is a round room with lots of windows, so it feels just spacious enough for crowds but not too big that people won’t want to dance. The only difficulty is getting people to the dance floor from the reception space.
Venue: Wedgewood Boulder
Florals: Bitter Root Studios
H&MUA: Wise Artistry
