This wedding day at Skyview was truly perfect. And it wasn’t just because we had perfect weather (after a forecast that showed 90% chance of rain AND literal flooding in Denver), it wasn’t because Payton and John looked like literal models, or because their venue was picture perfect. It was perfect because of how evident Payton and John’s love for each other was. From their little touches and check ins throughout the day, to the most emotional first look, to John hyping Payton up for photos one minute to checking in on her with compassion and love when she got dehydrated. These two were such a wonderful reminder of what a relationship of prioritizing your partner looks like. And it was such an honor to witness!

Some highlights of the day:

Payton getting her makeup touched up at least 3 times due to happy tears. (Her bridesmaid did a killer job)
John literally dropping to the ground after seeing Payton for the first time
The sweetest toasts by their family and friends
Not being able to cut through their wedding cake only to realize the bottom half was fake
An entire family watching us take sunset pictures on (most likely) private property but it being 100% worth it.

I can’t believe I’ve only met y’all twice! (And one of those times was us nearly being blown off a mountain). It feels like I’ve known you both for ages. It was such an honor and privilege to be a part of and capture y’alls special day. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind. Hope you had the best time in Mexico!!
