The Getting Ready Suites
A great feature of Mountain View Ranch is the getting ready suites on site. The getting ready suites are in a detached cottage just a few minutes walk from the reception space. There is a golf cart provided in case it’s muddy or you don’t want to make the walk. The getting ready suites are pretty spacious and simple, with plenty of windows.
The Ceremony Space
For ceremonies, this venue has several options for outdoor ceremony spaces, the most popular is right by the stream with gorgeous views of Lion Head Mountain. In the event of inclement weather, the reception space can be flipped for an indoor ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
For cocktail hour, guests can mingle outside and enjoy many different lounging spaces. There is a firepit outdoors and a large patio. Note that the largest cocktail hour space is not covered. There is an additional porch on the side of the venue that is covered.
Wedding Photo Locations
There are lots of great spots to take wedding photos at Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch. There is the massive pond and small dock, open field space, the main ceremony spot with views of the mountain.
The Reception Space
Mountain View Ranch has a very rustic reception space with wooden walls and beautiful, twinkly lights. The space is open and airy with large barn doors, which lets your guests mingle indoors and outdoors. Depending on your guest count, the dance floor can be a little tight, but sometimes that makes people feel more comfortable really letting lose!
