Denver family photographer

Gone are the days of stiff, boring portrait sessions. As a Denver family photographer, I want all of my photoshoots to be stress free and fun! I know that planning your session can seem overwhelming but with all the tools I provide, from my convenient booking calendar to my vast location guide, I aim at making this process incredibly easy!

Growing up my dad was constantly taking photos, my first day of school, our trip to Germany, learning how to roller skate— I am so thankful that he documented my childhood, those images are now priceless. Life changes so quickly— the little ones sitting up one week and walking the next, moving homes, moving cities. Let me document your memories and freeze time right now, I promise you'll be so thankful you did!

Let's have some fun and create some awesome photos! The day after your session you'll pay your remaining balance.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
I understand life happens! But in fairness to other clients I do ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. When I schedule sessions I am turning down other potential clients, so please be courteous of my time and I will do the same with yours!

For rescheduling I offer a one time complimentary rescheduling if 48 hours notice is given. The retainer you paid upon booking will then transfer over to another date that works for us both! If you need to reschedule a second time a second retainer will be required to book your new date.

DO YOU RESCHEDULE IF IT RAINS?
Yes. But because the weather changes so quickly (hello Colorado) I like to reschedule as late as possible without inconveniencing you. Every month I have a few blocked off "bad weather days". If there's another open date that works for us both we can definitely move it then, free of charge.

I do also have several indoor locations if you don't want to reschedule!

I don't reschedule for temperature, (too hot/too cold), so make sure you dress accordingly!

WHEN AND HOW ARE OUR PHOTOS DELIVERED?
After your session I get to work on culling (going through and eliminating any blurry or unflattering shots) and color grading. In two weeks you will receive a link to your online gallery (size dependent on session time). The images are full resolution, unwatermarked files. Prints are available for purchase.

Expedited delivery is available! A one week turnaround is available for a fee of $250, every additional day is an extra $50. (Subject to availability)

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am located in Broomfield, just 20 minutes north of Denver. I offer complimentary travel if your session location is within 50 miles of 80020. Outside of that 50 mile radius there is a $200/hr travel fee.

WHAT TYPES OF SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?
I offer engagement sessions, senior and graduations sessions, and a limited number of family sessions. I don't currently offer maternity or newborn photos.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
I love warm colors, so I love shooting at golden hour right before the sun sets. I love authentic moments— families laughing or couples being goofy- those are the moments I want to capture. I want you to look back on your photos years from now and have them be timeless, genuine, and true to that point in your life.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME FOR A PHOTOSHOOT?
It really depends on the look you're wanting and the location you choose! For romantic, golden, glowy photos you'll want to shoot at golden hour, this is typically the hour or two leading up to sunset. The light during this time is super flattering!

If you're shooting indoors, the optimal time will depend on if the windows are facing East or West (morning or evening light).

My booking calendars are set for early morning and evening shoots, but if you're doing an indoor session or want a more editorial, direct light look send me a message and I can adjust the booking window for you manually!
